Congratulations to our featured Excellence in Caring Award recipient! Roger is making a difference.

I am nominating Roger for the Customer Care Award. Recently, we received a compliment from an adjuster for Roger’s involvement in handling the needs for a specific case. Roger’s involvement with the case spanned several months as a variety of items were needed. Roger kept the adjuster informed in every step he took in the process. He was actively involved in ensuring the needs of the injured worker and the adjuster were met.
The adjuster said, “Just want you to know that Roger has been awesome and this has been a real difficult case…you have pretty terrific people working for you and you should know that. I can always count on Carlisle due to your employees.”
It is our mission to provide excellent service to our customers. Roger has succeeded in doing just that and has received the kudos to prove it!
