Our July Excellence In Caring Featured Winner Is Lauren

Excellent customer service is what Carlisle Medical is known for! During a recent interaction, Lauren in our Retail Department garnered attention for her prompt professional assistance. The client commented, “Lauren went above and beyond on a late Friday afternoon making sure an injured worker was enrolled in all systems quickly and was able to receive the much-needed medications before the weekend!” The client also shared that when Lauren did not receive the usual response from her, she reached out by phone to make contact, and this uncovered a systems issue that was able to be corrected and save a lot of future headaches for this customer!  Thank you, Lauren, for your hard work, attention to detail, and genuine care for our valued customers!
