Our February Excellence In Caring Featured Winner is Nicole

One of the exciting services offered by Carlisle Medical is a weekend coverage team in our Retail Department. They ensure 7 days a week customer service for our clients most urgent needs. Recently, Nicole received the following compliment from an adjuster. “Thanks so much for the help I received regarding our injured worker. Nicole was awesome to work with and got everything set up promptly. This was the first time we had an urgent request on a weekend and things went really smooth.” Nicole’s fast response and attention to the customer’s needs is a prime example of Carlisle making a difference by providing top of the line service to the client and injured worker.
