Join us in welcoming Carolyn Glenn, RN, CCM, CRRN, to the Carlisle Family of Services.

Carolyn Glenn has been a registered nurse for over 20 years.  She is a Certified Case Manager (CCM) as well as a Certified Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN).  She’s been involved in case management for over 10 years with career expertise in rehabilitation, orthopedics, Medicaid/Medicare, patient education and interdisciplinary care planning.   She has well established relationships with providers in the greater Atlanta and surrounding counties.  Carolyn has been recognized for her ability to maintain effective communication with all members of the health care team.  Carolyn will be covering Atlanta and surrounding counties where she is well established with health care providers in area.

Our synergistic approach to Case Management is to team our Case Managers with our Clinical Director, Registered Pharmacists and Orthopedic Nurses. Working together on each file, this tam of experts can tackle issues including opioid additions, medication issues and other related matters. Additionally, medical supply and equipment solutions are provided. We are confident that our comprehensive approach will provide the best outcomes for the Insured and the Injured Worker.
