Erica, in our Retail department received an email from an adjuster involving multiple discharge needs for
one of their injured workers. Within minutes, Erica responded that everyone had been contacted and all
requests had been completed, prompting the response from our customer “You definitely made my day
BETTER!” Thank you, Erica, for keeping our bonds with our clients strong and showing the positive
