Our December Excellence In Caring Featured Winner Is Johnathan

At Carlisle Medical, providing the highest quality service is part of our mission. Recently, a client and Case Manager experienced issues with a pharmacy incorrectly processing an injured worker’s medication. Johnathan, one of our top notch Customer Service Representatives, immediately rolled up his sleeves and went to work to rectify the situation. The nature of the issue required a multiple day fix, but Johnathan stayed on task until each issue was resolved for the client and the injured worker.
