We are so proud to announce the expansion of our Case Management staff.

We are excited to welcome Courtney Bryant, LMSW, CDMS, CCM, to Carlisle Medical. She will be covering the metro Birmingham area and surrounding counties. Courtney has been a licensed Master Social Worker for 16 years and a Certified Case Manager for 12 years. Courtney earned her master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Illinois at Chicago and is licensed in Tennessee and Alabama and is a Qualified Rehabilitation Provider for North Carolina. With over 15 years in the worker’s compensation managed care business, she has had the opportunity to work in multiple roles from direct care to oversight and training. While working with large, self-insured customers and small employers, the bottom line for her has always been exceptional patient care. “I feel like when we ensure employees receive the best medical care it ensures a fast return to work outcome and, in the end, reduced case costs.”

Our synergistic approach to Case Management is to team our Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists and Orthopedic Nurses. Working together on each file, this team of experts tackle any issues including opioid addictions, medication issues and other related matters. Additionally, medical supply and equipment solutions are provided. We are confident that our comprehensive approach will provide the best outcomes for the Insured and the Injured Worker.
