Carlisle Medical Welcomes Fran Patraker, BS, CCM

We are so proud to announce the expansion of our Case Management staff. 

We are excited to welcome Fran Patraker, BS, CCM, to the Carlisle Family of Services. Fran is a case manager in Georgia. She will be covering the metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties. Fran has established many relationships with local medical providers over her 30 years of case management experience. Her expertise includes coordinating care for workers injured during industrial accidents, post-operative discharge planning, non-catastrophic brain and spine injurie as well as orthopedics. She is available immediately to assist with field case management and telephonic case coordination. 

Our synergistic approach to Case Management is to team our Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists and Orthopedic Nurses. Working together on each file, this team of experts tackle any issues including opioid addictions, medication issues and other related matters. Additionally, medical supply and equipment solutions are provided. We are confident that our comprehensive approach will provide the best outcomes for the Insured and the Injured Worker.
