We are so proud to announce the expansion of our National Nurse Case Management staff.

We are excited to welcome Evan Bernstein, CRC, CCM, to the Carlisle Family of Services.  Evan is a Spanish bilingual case manager in Georgia. He will be covering the Dalton, Gainesville, Rome and metro Atlanta areas. Evan has established many relationships with medical providers over his 25 years of case management experience.  His expertise includes Workers Compensation Care Coordination, Post- Operative Discharge Planning and Orthopedics. He is available immediately to assist with Field Case Management and Telephonic Case Coordination.

Our synergistic approach to Case Management is to team our Nurse Case Managers with our Medical Director, Registered Pharmacists and Orthopedic Nurses.  Working together on each file, this team of experts tackle any issues including opioid addictions, medication issues and other related matters.  Additionally, medical supply and equipment solutions are provided.  We are confident that our comprehensive approach will provide the best outcomes for the Insured and the Injured Worker.
