Our July Excellence In Caring Featured Winner is Julie Fields
Julie recently received a request for a hearing aid repair for an injured worker. Realizing how important the item was to the injured worker, she promptly scheduled an appointment for the repairs. While setting up the appointment, Julie discovered the hearing aids were still relatively new and had been repaired several times. The previous repairs had not been reported to Carlisle Medical or the manufacturer. Julie did some extra research and found that the hearing aids were under warranty and would be repaired by the manufacturer at no cost to the client. Julie’s research resulted in cost savings to the client and serves as an example of the type of excellent customer service that Carlisle Medical strives to deliver each and every time.
