Excellence In Caring: Lynn

Lynn recently made such an impression on an injured worker that he took the time to let us know by sharing his story. He had suffered an injury that required multiple fills of various wound care items. He said, each time he had a new need and spoke with Lynn, she was caring and accommodating. He could tell from their phone conversation that she knew exactly what was needed. He was impressed that when an order was placed, he would receive it the following day. He said even his girlfriend, who is a nurse at a large hospital, was happily surprised with Lynn’s compassion and sense of urgency. He said he was grateful for Lynn, and has been singing the praises of Carlisle Medical to everyone, including his adjuster.
