Terra’s responsiveness and quick action caught the attention of an adjuster when she was able to secure the right physician for a complicated claim. The adjuster wrote the following:

“BOY! You are on top of this. I have the right person for the job. DANG”

The best part is knowing the adjuster feels confident in our ability to make a difference on this claim. She knows her goals have been communicated, understood and executed. She also knows that whatever the outcome, we have done our best.
