I just wanted to take a moment to let you know, this one service of getting pharmacy charges paid through Carlisle Medical after the claimant has paid for them out of pocket is tremendously helpful for myself and my claimants.

It’s one of the highlights of my workday when you [at Carlisle Medical] can perform one of these “little miracles” for one of my claimants. Our claimants and Insured Employers are always pleasantly surprised to find out they can go back the pharmacy to obtain their refund, instead of waiting for a check to be issued and mailed. For some claimants that have to pay for their medicine with cash, these out of pocket charges are paid with money they really couldn’t afford to part with at the time—it makes that quick refund solution significantly more than just a convenience for them.
