Excellence in Caring Award: Joseph Waits

Joseph is a member of our DME Team. He recently celebrated his 5th anniversary with Carlisle Medical in December.

“As a member of the DME team, Joseph Waits receives multiple calls a day from adjusters, clients and company departments. I can always depend on Joseph to help me the DME calls I receive in the pharmacy. Joseph continuously uses proper telephone etiquette, whether he is answering the phone or making the call. Even if it is not one of his managed accounts, Joseph is always willing to take the call and help the client get the answers they need. Joseph often uses the phrase “send them over” when I transfer DME calls from the pharmacy. That type of customer service should be recognized. Joseph is always willing and able to do whatever he can to help the customer!”
