Excellence in Caring Award: Jo Malpas

Jo recently celebrated her 11 year anniversary with Carlisle in November. She is a member of the Home Delivery team as Home Delivery Customer Service representative.

We received a special telephone call from the wife of a newly injured worker who had been shot in the line of duty.

She contacted us for the sole purpose to compliment the great service they have recieved from Jo Malpas. She stated:

“Jo is the absolute best and makes things so easy for us. Since we have been dealing with Jo, we don’t have to worry about a thing. Jo even contacted us this week to remind us about the holiday next week, which was a huge help. Jo is wonderful!”
